This is one of our first gigs where Eric was no longer in the band.
It was a mutual parting and we all stayed friends. Still, we were down a keyboard player.
Rather than try to break in a new member we just decided to carry on as a three-piece. It was still fun, but it was definitely a different animal at that point.
This incarnation of LA lasted from early 1989 and just kinda petered out at some point in maybe 1991...ish.
