CLOSED DOOR
I got a feeling Mommy’s gonna send me to bed soon. 
Daddy’s smiling goofy at her underneath a full moon. 
Now I’ll lie awake all night and listen to the Boom Boom. 
And try to understand the real meaning of the bedroom. 

I wonder what’s going on behind the closed door. 
I really don’t understand what all the kissing is for. 

Now I’m in high school, going on my first date. 
I’m hearing stories about her that the other guys relate. 
In locker room language they tell me that she can’t wait. 
But how terrific can the catch be when you don’t use any bait?
