A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THIS ALBUM:

On June 9th, 1994, I released what I consider to be my first REAL album as a solo artist, Alexander's Dark Band.

I'd been putting out music since 1986 on cassette, but this was the first time I'd released an album as a by-God CD!

It was such a thrill!

By the way, what were CDs again?

I can't quite remember.

To mark the occasion of ADBs 30th anniversary, I went in the studio today, June 9th, 2024 at 1pm, and recorded two of my favorite songs from the album, Drum and Abigail.

All stripped down - just me singing and playing my acoustic guitar. 

At 3.30pm I mixed the two songs, at 4.30pm I put some cover art together, and at 5.30pm I put them on up on www.jvamusic.com as a Free Download for you.

From my studio to your ears...in four and a half hours.

I like the future.
