SLEEPWALKING

I’m rearranging everything.

I could use the sleep I think.

I want to throw my arms around your life

She touched my skin last night. She’s a fallen angel.

And I’m the self-made man who worships his creator.

And I’m...

Sleepwalking --there’s a fire beneath my feet.

Sleepwalking -- through the hole she left in me.

I’m barely breathing now. She’s watching from the wings

I don’t know wrong from right. I don’t know anything.

I’m rearranging everything.

I could use the sleep I think.

I want to throw my arms around your life.

I smell trouble on the wind.

My cheek’s to the earth again.

I lay you down as the seconds click away.

She kisses me goodnight. Bury me beneath her ruins.

She sees me fading out. She sees me disappear.

And I’m...

Sleepwalking -- there’s a fire beneath my feet.

Sleepwalking -- through the hole she left in me.

Sleepwalking.
